The final advance single from Nick Hakim’s upcoming album Will This Make Me Good (due for release Friday, 15^th May) is the melancholic ‘BOUNCING’. He describes the atmospheric track as a “sound bath where I wrote about one of the coldest days in New York I remember while lying in my bed, restless by a radiator. It's about feeling uneasy”. The tune manages to retain an addictive, melodic feel despite the intensely experimental timbres heard throughout. Organs and guitars collide within a wide soundscape, while Hakim’s unique voice proves why he has been able to collaborate with the likes of Anderson .Paak and Lance Skiiwalker.
